The order was awarded by a domestic distribution company on a turnkey basis, involving the installation of rooftop solar systems at 1,150 locations. GK Energy plans to complete project execution within 90 days. Financial data released for the same period shows that the company's net profit for the March 2026 quarter grew by 32.17% to INR 592.5 million, while net sales increased by 35.24% to INR 4,767.6 million.

Meanwhile, GK Energy announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026. For the quarter ended March 2026, the company's consolidated net sales stood at INR 4,767.6 million, up 35.24% from INR 3,525.2 million in the same period last year; consolidated net profit was INR 592.5 million, up 32.17% from INR 448.3 million in the prior-year period. The profit growth in this quarter, together with the company's recently secured rooftop solar project order, reflects an expansion trend in the distributed solar segment.
On a full-year basis, GK Energy's consolidated operating revenue for fiscal 2026 reached INR 17,152.8 million, a year-on-year increase of 56.67%; annual net profit was INR 2,043 million, up 53.37% year-on-year. The company stated in regulatory filings that the awarding entity of this order has no interest affiliation with the company's promoters or promoter group entities, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
