This agreement expands on the existing cooperation between the two companies, covering joint brake system development that begins from the initial design phase of new models. By integrating component design with the motorcycle platform early on, it enables more precise calibration and validation tailored to the characteristics and usage scenarios of different models.

This collaboration aims to accelerate the transfer of track technology to production motorcycles. CFMoto stated that close cooperation with Brembo will help it promote race-derived solutions in future large-displacement models, achieving a balance between riding safety, performance, and handling. In the motorsports field, the two parties plan to share technical information to strengthen CFMoto's racing program, which currently involves the Moto2 and Moto3 classes of the MotoGP World Championship. Brembo will also participate in the CFMoto Talent Project, which is dedicated to nurturing a new generation of Chinese motorcycle racers.

Chen Zhiyong, Vice President of CFMoto, stated that this partnership is a key step in the company's global strategy, and Brembo's experience in brake systems will help develop motorcycles that are safer, more refined, and meet international quality standards. Both parties stated that this agreement is part of CFMoto's strategy to expand cooperation with global technology suppliers, aiming to strengthen its product lineup and solidify its international presence. The Chinese manufacturer has entered over 100 countries and began selling motorcycles in Brazil in 2026, with operations managed by the Unique Group.
