Through industry-university-research-application collaboration across the entire supply chain, this equipment system innovatively establishes an equal-height mining process and equipment architecture. It specifically includes an equal-height shearer with a cutting power of 550 kW, an armored face conveyor integrating conveying, haulage, and cable-handling systems, a hydraulic support with high load-bearing capacity and lightweight design, and a highly integrated intelligent control system. This equipment offers core advantages such as high mining efficiency, easy maintenance, simple operation, and ample working space.

Addressing pain points such as low mining efficiency, poor equipment adaptability, and high manual safety risks in traditional thin-seam mining, this technology incorporates processes like end-face vertical cutting and automatic cable-tracking, enabling intelligent advancement and unmanned operation of the working face. Compared to traditional methods, mining efficiency is improved by over 25%, and the coal-passing space is increased by 80% compared to products of the same specification. This effectively resolves the technical challenge of "small space, high power" in thin-seam mining, fills a domestic technological gap, and provides technical support for safe and efficient thin-seam mining as well as the intelligent upgrade of the coal industry.
