en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) has officially initiated the development of the "Technical Requirements for AI-Native Data Platforms" standard, and has decided to hold the first standards discussion meeting on July 21, 2026.

As the global digital economy enters the stage of large-scale deployment of AI-native and intelligent agents, the iteration speed of large models has accelerated, and AI agents are becoming a new industrial productivity. Data platforms, as the core infrastructure supporting multimodal data aggregation, model training and inference, and intelligent agent task scheduling, are facing a generational transformation in their architectural design and service positioning. Traditional data platforms, built around offline queries and BI report analysis for human analysts, can no longer meet the autonomous operation needs of large models and intelligent agents. A comprehensive transition to an AI-native architecture has become an industry trend.

An AI-native data platform is not merely a functional overlay of traditional platforms. To promote the systematic development of this industry in the AI-native era, the CAICT Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, in collaboration with the China Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance and the Big Data Technology Standards Promotion Committee, has initiated the development of the "Technical Requirements for AI-Native Data Platforms" standard. Focusing on the basic capability framework of this standard, the first standards discussion meeting is scheduled to be held online via Tencent Meeting from 14:00 to 17:00 on July 21, 2026. The specific meeting link will be notified after registration. Contact person: Ms. Liu (Tel: 18513676848, Email: liuyanmei@caict.ac.cn) is responsible for registration inquiries. Interested organizations and experts are requested to scan the QR code in the image to submit their participation information before 18:00 on July 19.
