Eligible users of the Vivo Valoriza loyalty program can use the tool for free for six months. Vivo thus becomes the first telecom operator in Brazil to offer the Adobe Express Premium package to its customers as a supplementary service.
Vivo, one of Brazil's largest telecom operators and a subsidiary of the Spanish Telefónica Group, provides mobile communications, fixed broadband, and pay TV services to tens of millions of users nationwide. Adobe is a US-based multinational software company renowned for its creative and multimedia software products, including professional tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. This partnership combines Adobe's creative capabilities with Vivo's extensive user base, aiming to extend Vivo's service scope from pure connectivity to digital experiences.
Adobe Express Premium integrates Adobe's creative tools, commercially safe artificial intelligence features powered by Adobe Firefly, and professional-grade resources. The platform enables users to easily create social media posts, images, videos, flyers, presentations, and more. Through this collaboration, Vivo customers will have access to AI features, including image and video generation as well as AI-assisted editing. The package also includes access to over 400 million royalty-free resources, 30,000 fonts, and nearly 700,000 templates, along with advanced editing, animation, resizing, and brand management capabilities.
Eligible Vivo customers, including those on Controle, Pós-pago, Total, and Fibra plans, can access the benefits section via the Vivo app to redeem a promotional code and activate the subscription in the Adobe app. Flávia Carneiro, Vivo's B2C Marketing Director, stated that the company is committed to connecting customers with technologies that are transforming how people live, work, and socialize. This partnership represents a significant step in the company's strategy to drive innovation in a practical and accessible way, expanding access to AI solutions that bring real value to consumers' daily lives. Renata Decoussau, Adobe's Marketing Director for Latin America, noted that Adobe has been the platform of choice for creative professionals worldwide for decades.
This partnership is a strategic move by Vivo to expand its digital product portfolio beyond connectivity services, while also promoting the adoption of AI tools in Brazil. As AI technology continues to penetrate various industries, cross-sector collaborations between telecom operators and software companies are emerging as a new trend in building digital service ecosystems.
