en.Wedoany.com Reported - Honeywell Technologies has completed the acquisition of Johnson Matthey's Catalyst Technologies business in an all-cash transaction valued at £1.325 billion.

This acquisition expands Honeywell's catalyst portfolio in the refining, petrochemical, and renewable fuels sectors. Prior to the closing of the acquisition, Honeywell Technologies completed the spin-off of its aerospace business, which became an independent publicly traded company as Honeywell Aerospace on June 29, 2026. Earlier, Solstice Advanced Materials was spun off on October 30, 2025. Since 2023, Honeywell has completed approximately $11.5 billion in acquisition transactions. In 2024, the company divested its Personal Protective Equipment business and announced plans to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services as well as Warehouse and Workflow Solutions businesses, with the relevant transactions expected to close in the second half of 2026.
