en.Wedoany.com Reported - China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (Chalco International) has added six major research achievements this year that have been evaluated by industry associations and professional institutions as reaching world-leading levels, with another 26 technical achievements reaching industry-leading levels. These achievements focus on six business areas including resource engineering, mining engineering, nonferrous metallurgy engineering, and nonferrous metal processing, covering key technology R&D and industrial application.

Four technologies from Chalco International's subsidiary China Nonferrous Metals Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (CNMST)—"Development of Green, Efficient, and Intelligent Hot Tandem Rolling Equipment and Its Application in Aluminum Sheet and Strip for New Energy Batteries," "Key Technologies and Application of CO2 Intelligent Fire Extinguishing System for Copper and Aluminum Processing Scenarios," "Industrial Technology for Resourceful Near-Zero Discharge of Nonferrous Beneficiation and Processing Wastewater Based on Heterogeneous Identification and Gradient Confinement," and "High-Performance Manufacturing and Precision Shape Control Technology and Application of High-End Copper and Copper Alloys for Electronic Information"—have been evaluated by the Chinese Society for Nonferrous Metals as overall reaching world-leading levels. The "Key Technology and Equipment for Dynamic Stability Evaluation and Early Warning of High Tailings Dams" from China Nonferrous Metals Survey and Design Institute (CNMSDI) has passed the review of the Yunnan Provincial Scientific Research Institution Federation, reaching a world-leading level. The "Key Technology Research and Application of Ventilation System Reconstruction and Wind-Heat Collaborative Regulation in Deep High-Temperature Metal Mines" from Kunming Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Kunming Nonferrous Institute) has also been evaluated by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association as reaching a world-leading level. Twenty-six core construction technologies, including the "Installation Technology for Alumina Pipeline Digestion Casing Tube Heat Exchangers" from China Nonferrous Metals Sixth Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. (Liuye), have been identified by the China Nonferrous Metal Construction Association as being in the industry-leading tier.

In terms of standard development, Chalco International achieved phased results in the first half of the year. The group standard "Technical Standard for Horizontal Desulfurization of Aluminum Electrolysis Flue Gas Using Ultrafine Droplets" led by Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Shenyang Institute), the industry standard "Technical Specification for Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Engineering in Nonferrous Metal Processing" led by CNMST, and the group standard "Technical Requirements for Slope Radar Monitoring and Early Warning in Open-Pit Mines" participated in by CNMSDI have been approved and released, filling technical gaps in multiple sub-fields.

Chalco International has promoted the industrial transformation of core technology products. In the first half of this year, the cumulative new contract value for seven products exceeded 100 million yuan, driving business structure optimization through technological innovation.
