Products may include rebar, wire rod, plate, special steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous products. Energy may come from gas, electricity, natural gas or renewable power.

These combinations determine the configuration of furnaces, refining systems, continuous casting, rolling, heat treatment and environmental control. A standard equipment catalogue cannot cover all project needs.

Delivery capability is equally important. Metallurgical projects have long construction cycles, large equipment volumes and complex interfaces with civil works and installation. They involve design institutes, EPC contractors, owners, construction teams and local regulators. Suppliers need basic design, detailed design, manufacturing, logistics packaging, site installation guidance, cold and hot commissioning, staff training and spare parts support.

In the future, exporting metallurgical complete equipment will mean delivering a plant that can actually operate, not simply shipping equipment. Suppliers with process design, automation, environmental control, energy management, commissioning, operation support and local service capability will be better positioned in high-quality overseas projects.
