en.Wedoany.com Reported - Constant Energy has completed the installation of a 928.75 kW rooftop solar power system at the Phenikaa Hue manufacturing plant in Phong Dien Industrial Zone, Hue City, Vietnam, to support the clean energy and decarbonization goals of this industrial mineral processing enterprise.

The rooftop solar project was developed by Constant Energy, with PE2T Energy Technology and Environment Joint Stock Company serving as the engineering, procurement, and construction contractor. This installation marks the latest advancement in Vietnam's renewable energy transition, while helping Phenikaa Hue improve energy efficiency, enhance energy resilience, and advance its long-term sustainable development strategy.
According to the two companies, the solar installation is expected to generate approximately 1.24 million kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity annually, reducing reliance on grid power and avoiding over 13,400 tons of carbon dioxide emissions over the project's operational period.
Phenikaa Hue operates one of Vietnam's advanced industrial mineral processing plants, equipped with technology from Germany's Grenzebach. The manufacturing plant began operations in January 2019 and has been continuously expanding its production capacity.
Oscar Loza, Country Manager of Constant Energy Vietnam, stated that this project is the fastest rooftop solar installation deployed by the company in Vietnam, with construction, permitting, and other tasks efficiently completed through close collaboration with Phenikaa Hue and EPC partner PE2T. He added that the installation demonstrates high standards of engineering and construction quality.
