Under the agreement, Gehring Montgomery will serve as the exclusive distributor of Lorama Group products in the region east of the Mississippi River in the United States, providing local inventory, technical support, formulation expertise, and market development services.

Lorama Group is a global innovator in advanced color technology, custom colorant solutions, and sustainable bio-based additives for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) industry, specializing in the development of colorants and bio-based resin technology for coatings and related applications. Its product portfolio includes the ColourFal®, ColourFal Zerø®, and GemSperse® colorant lines, as well as LPR® (Lorama Polysaccharide Resin) technology, which serves as the foundation for the company's InkRes® resin systems and other biopolymer products. Lorama serves customers in more than 90 countries, and its technologies are designed to help manufacturers reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and improve formulation performance.

This partnership will expand Gehring Montgomery's product line in specialty additives, waxes, wax emulsions and dispersions, resins, adhesives, pigments, solvents, defoamers, dispersants, rheology modifiers, and performance additives, serving the architectural, industrial, wood coatings, packaging, and printing ink markets.
