en.Wedoany.com Reported - Sell Agro, a Brazilian agricultural adjuvant and application technology company, has entered a new phase of growth, launching three initiatives on the occasion of its 19th anniversary: logistics expansion, internationalization, and management structure strengthening. The company expects revenue to reach R$90 million in 2026, an increase of approximately 15% year-over-year. The company views this new phase as the realization of results planned over the past few years, with a focus on operational efficiency, farmer relationship management, and the development of application technology solutions.

After nearly two decades of deep engagement in the Brazilian market, Sell Agro's first priority in this expansion is in the state of Mato Grosso. The company's newly built distribution center in Rondonópolis, located adjacent to its factory, has a capacity of 987 pallets, equivalent to approximately 987,000 liters of product—a scale that represents nearly half of the company's total sales volume in 2025. Once operational, this distribution center will enhance direct import efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and accelerate market response times.

On the international front, Sell Agro is establishing its first overseas operation in Santa Rita, Paraguay, which will include a distribution unit and its own commercial team. The company chose Paraguay due to the significant growth potential of its local agribusiness sector and its geographic proximity to key South American production regions, making it a base for future expansion across South America.

Alongside corporate expansion, governance structure upgrades are underway. The company announced investments to expand its foreign trade, logistics, marketing, finance, control, and R&D areas, as well as the creation of a holding company and the establishment of a board of directors. These measures aim to adapt the organization to an industry environment increasingly connected to innovation, sustainability, traceability, and new technologies in agribusiness.

Sell Agro CEO Leandro Viegas stated that the company is preparing for this new phase to deliver higher logistics efficiency, stronger competitiveness, and ensure timely service availability when customers need it.

Currently, Sell Agro operates across 17 Brazilian states, offering 15 solutions, with a product line that includes spray efficiency adjuvants and performance-enhancing products for herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and biologicals. The company stated that the new round of investment aims to strengthen competitiveness while maintaining a planned growth pace and close ties with farmers.
