This collaboration aims to develop sustainable energy solutions to support Vietnam’s clean energy goals and enhance energy access in isolated regions.

The initiative will prioritize the use of green hydrogen to deliver stable, round-the-clock electricity, reducing reliance on fossil fuels. By leveraging hydrogen-based energy, the projects are expected to contribute to the socioeconomic development of island communities while promoting environmental sustainability.

A representative from HDF Energy stated: “As Vietnam seeks sustainable and resilient energy alternatives, green hydrogen-based energy offers a transformative solution to provide stable, 24/7 clean electricity, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and supporting the long-term socioeconomic development of island populations.”

The partnership involves coordinated efforts between HDF Energy and EVNSPC, with appointed representatives overseeing hydrogen initiatives.
