The agreement was signed on June 18, 2026, by Eduardo Romeo, Managing Partner of Soluciones Refractarias S.R.L., and Martín Iván Donadío, President of Hotwork International South America S.A., on behalf of their respective companies.

Under the terms of the agreement, Soluciones Refractarias S.R.L. has been officially recognized as Hotwork International South America's commercial partner in Argentina, authorized to provide convective drying and heating services on its behalf and to coordinate other industrial thermal treatment projects. This authorization expands both companies' capacity to undertake specialized thermal solution projects. The cooperation framework established by the agreement also covers the development of convective drying services for refractory and insulation materials, controlled heating and cooling operations for thermal equipment, and a range of controlled thermal treatment processes.

The newly developed technology can be applied to the mining industry, thereby expanding the business reach of both companies. Under this cooperation model, the two parties will integrate their respective capabilities, infrastructure, and engineering expertise to provide solutions tailored to the specific thermal needs of different industries, while ensuring overall project coordination and operational efficiency.
