Saudi Arabia's Arabsat Signs 5-Year Satellite Broadcasting Agreement to Provide Round-the-Clock Transmission for Al Ghad TV
en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 14, the Arab Satellite Communications Organization (Arabsat) signed a 5-year satellite broadcasting agreement with Lime Media Digital Distribution FZ LLC, under which Arabsat will provide television signal transmission services for Al Ghad TV HD via the BADR-8 satellite. During the term of the agreement, Al Ghad TV HD will broadcast 24 hours a day via BADR-8 at the 26° East orbital position, covering the Middle East, North Africa, and surrounding markets within the BADR-8 service area.
The core of this cooperation is to secure satellite capacity and broadcasting services for Al Ghad TV over the next 5 years. Lime Media Digital Distribution FZ LLC, as the contracting party in this agreement, will complete channel distribution through Arabsat's satellite platform, while Arabsat will be responsible for providing orbital resources, satellite capacity, and related broadcasting infrastructure.
