Perfectpack Plans to Invest INR 1.25 Billion in Packaging Production Project in India

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 25, Indian packaging company Perfectpack Limited received an industrial land allotment letter from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in Uttar Pradesh. The company will obtain approximately 16,200 square meters of land in the YEIDA area and plans to invest INR 1.25 billion to build a new packaging manufacturing project, which is expected to create approximately 700 jobs. The land allotment letter was officially issued during the 2026 Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show, and was received on behalf of the company by Sanjay Rajgarhia, Chairman and Managing Director of Perfectpack.

Perfectpack's project is part of a new batch of manufacturing projects being landed in concentrated fashion by YEIDA. A total of 5 enterprises received industrial land in the same period, with a total land area of approximately 71,200 square meters, combined planned investment of INR 4.69 billion, and an expected 4,625 jobs created. The 5 projects cover packaging, textiles, garment exports, and other manufacturing sectors. Among them, Perfectpack's planned investment reaches INR 1.25 billion, and the land area it obtained is at a relatively high level among the projects in this batch.

YEIDA is located in Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway industrial corridor in Uttar Pradesh, India, and is an important industrial development area for attracting manufacturing investment in the region. As Noida International Airport and surrounding industrial infrastructure continue to advance, the area is bringing in textile and garment, packaging, plastic products, and export manufacturing projects in a concentrated manner. This land allotment provides the land basis for the Perfectpack project for subsequent plant planning, construction approval, and introduction of production facilities.

Packaging manufacturing is a fundamental supporting segment in India's consumer goods, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and export manufacturing supply chains. As Uttar Pradesh continues to expand the scale of its manufacturing and export industries, demand for industrial packaging, consumer goods packaging, and related printing and processing is growing in tandem. After Perfectpack's newly added manufacturing project is put into operation, it will further expand its packaging product production and supply capacity in the northern India market and provide supporting production capacity for the consumer goods and export manufacturing industrial chain taking shape in the YEIDA area.
