Flights of 800 kilometers or less will charge 50 yuan per adult passenger per flight segment, while flights over 800 kilometers will charge 90 yuan per segment, up 10 yuan and 20 yuan respectively from the previous rates. The new standard applies to domestic flight tickets sold from 0:00 on October 10.

According to notices issued by Air China, Hainan Airlines and other carriers, infant passengers are exempt from the fuel surcharge; children, disabled revolutionary servicemen and people's police disabled in the line of duty are eligible for discounted rates, with 20 yuan per segment for flights of 800 kilometers or less and 40 yuan for flights over 800 kilometers.

This adjustment is based on the original ticket issuance date. For international tickets, the relevant fees shall be based on the calculation results of the airline's booking system.

Afterwards, the rates were continuously lowered, standing at 40 yuan and 70 yuan respectively before this adjustment. This round of adjustment ends the previous downward trend.
