en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 7, Dubai-based real estate developer DHG Properties launched the handover of the Helvetia Residences residential project, with a development value of approximately $200 million (about AED 735 million), located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The project comprises 430 residential units across a 25-storey building with a total floor area of more than 73,000 square metres, and construction was completed in about two years. All units had previously been sold out, and the launch marked the handover of homes to owners.

Helvetia Residences obtained a building completion certificate issued by Dubai Municipality in September 2026, confirming completion of construction. The project completed its main structural works in September 2025, with main construction lasting 12 months, followed by continued work on the building facade, interior fit-out, equipment installation and supporting facilities. At peak construction, more than 1,100 workers, technicians and engineers were on site.

The residential units include studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. The building's amenities include landscaped green spaces, an outdoor swimming pool, a children's play area, a fitness centre, a jogging track and rooftop padel courts. Each residential unit is equipped with smart home technology and uses corresponding interior finishing materials and building systems. The pre-handover construction phase also included balcony waterproofing, glass balustrade installation, curtain wall construction, kitchen equipment installation and interior joinery works.

The developer had already completed sales of the residences before the official handover. At the topping-out of the main structure in September 2025, 400 of the 430 units had been sold; by June 2026, the developer confirmed that all units were sold out. In August 2026, DHG Properties entered into a partnership with housing finance services provider Huspy to offer mortgage application, property valuation, loan approval and disbursement services to buyers of Helvetia Residences, with eligible buyers able to compare financing products from more than 20 banks.

Alongside the launch of residential handover, DHG Properties introduced DHG Property Management property services, covering real estate consultancy, long-term leasing, short-term rentals and residential resale. The service provides owners at the project with post-handover asset management and transaction support.
