The agreements focus on upgrading broadband infrastructure in the regions of Apurímac, Huancavelica, and Ayacucho. The modernization effort, set to occur over the next 12 months, will provide high-speed internet services for four years, enhancing connectivity in rural areas.

The project aims to deliver 200 Mbps internet to nearly 800 public institutions, including schools, health centers, and police stations across 280 localities. This initiative is designed to bridge the digital divide, enabling access to essential services like education, healthcare, and public safety in remote communities. By establishing a scalable infrastructure, the project supports future bandwidth growth to meet increasing connectivity needs in these underserved regions.
