The site is strategically located near key lifestyle and entertainment areas of the city. The development will feature residential units, serviced apartments, retail spaces, and offices, aiming to create a new destination that combines living, leisure, and business in one integrated space.

According to the company, the project is expected to reach a gross development value (GDV) of $1 billion. The initiative is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 program, which emphasizes enhancing urban design and architecture to support modern lifestyles and economic growth. Dar Global highlighted that the development is intended to become a landmark in Jeddah, strengthening the city’s role as an emerging global hub for living and investment.

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, expressed the importance of the project: “As a company whose roots are in Saudi Arabia and now stands at the heart of international luxury development, this acquisition represents more than just the first steps of a new project development. Earlier this year, Dar Global also announced a collaboration with The Trump Organization to create the Trump International Golf Club. This luxury golfing destination is planned within the Simaisima development, located approximately 40 kilometers north of Doha. The project will cover an area of around 790,000m² and include an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and premium villas offering beach access and views of the golf course.

With the acquisition in Jeddah and its international partnerships, Dar Global continues to strengthen its profile as a developer of high-end real estate projects. The company’s latest initiative underscores its focus on combining luxury, functionality, and innovation in property development.
