The collaboration aims to advance low-carbon logistics solutions across China. The announcement was made by CATL on December 4 through its official WeChat account.

The partnership's goal is to establish a new model for zero-carbon, multimodal logistics by combining the strengths of the three companies: CATL's expertise in battery technology, Antong Holdings' nationwide logistics network, and Goodten Interlink's green supply-chain solutions. Together, the partners aim to accelerate the logistics sector's transition toward cleaner and lower-emission transportation.

Under the terms of the agreement, each partner will contribute its unique capabilities to create a closed-loop, mutually reinforcing system. Antong Holdings will leverage its extensive logistics infrastructure and multimodal transport solutions. Goodten Interlink will focus on supporting vehicle-battery separation models and developing charging and swap-station networks. Meanwhile, CATL will provide customized power battery products and offer full life-cycle health management services for the batteries.

The initiative is designed to make logistics services cleaner, more reliable, and cost-efficient, helping end users adopt more sustainable freight operations. The collaboration represents a significant shift in energy use within the logistics sector. By integrating zero-carbon power solutions into long-haul trucking, port operations, and multimodal freight corridors, the three companies aim to create replicable models for green logistics.
