Spring Airlines Plans to Purchase 30 Airbus A320neo Series Aircraft

Wedoany.com Report-Dec.30, Chinese airline Spring Airlines announced that the company signed an "Aircraft Purchase Agreement" with Airbus on December 29, 2025, planning to purchase 30 Airbus A320neo series aircraft at a list price of approximately $4.128 billion. The actual transaction price will be lower than the list price, and the aircraft will be delivered in batches from 2028 to 2032.

This transaction has been reviewed and approved by the 14th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of Spring Airlines and still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review and approved by Chinese national authorities.
