Mumbai-based real estate developer Modis Navnirman has been officially appointed as the developer for the redevelopment project of the BOI Staff Sheetal Cooperative Housing Society in Borivali West. This redevelopment project covers an area of approximately 3924.91 square meters, with an estimated total development value of Rs 250 crore.

The cooperative housing society has strictly followed regulations to complete the Section 79A statutory process, and all members, after consultation, unanimously decided to entrust the project to Modis Navnirman. As a significant player in Mumbai's redevelopment sector, Modis Navnirman has previously successfully implemented multiple redevelopment projects in established suburbs such as Borivali West. Its strategy focuses on upgrading old residential areas into living spaces that combine practicality and forward-looking design, while emphasizing on-time project delivery and long-term value enhancement.

According to the plan, the new residential complex will integrate smart security systems, green energy facilities, and community shared spaces to meet residents' multiple needs for safety, environmental protection, and convenience.
