The global equity management sector sees new developments as equity compliance firm Slice Global Equity successfully completes its Series A funding round. This round was led by Insight Partners, raising a substantial $25 million. Following this financing, Slice's total funding has climbed to $32 million, significantly bolstering its financial strength.

Headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv, Slice holds a unique advantage in equity management. It provides an AI-native infrastructure, which serves as a key solution for multinational corporations tackling complex challenges. In their operations, multinationals often face cross-jurisdictional equity compliance issues, and Slice's platform is designed to effectively address such challenges.
The platform boasts powerful capabilities, dedicated to automating workflows related to tax, legal, and payroll requirements, thereby delivering significant benefits to enterprises. On one hand, it reduces cumbersome manual processes and improves operational efficiency; on the other hand, it lowers legal risks and saves operational costs. Leveraging these advantages, Slice has already attracted a number of high-quality clients, including unicorn companies such as Wiz, VAST, and Wayve within its existing customer base. A company representative stated, "We will use these funds to continuously optimize our platform and provide even better services to our clients."
