In 2024, the Bank fully played its role as a leading financial institution supporting national water conservancy development. It disbursed RMB 180.51 billion in water conservancy construction loans during the year, continuously strengthening the "Water Conservancy Bank" brand. The Bank further increased policy incentives and deepened cooperation with local governments, water authorities, and key enterprises. Focusing on national water conservancy planning, it prioritized support for farmland water conservancy, flood control and drainage, water resource allocation, urban and rural water supply, water ecological protection and restoration, and hydropower development. It particularly supported major national water conservancy projects and water network construction at all levels, using policy-based financial resources to benefit livelihoods. Mainstream media such as CCTV News and Xinhua News Agency reported on the Bank's achievements in supporting water conservancy construction, fully demonstrating its social benefits and reputation.
