In 2001, it was restructured into Anhui Hongyuan Power Steel Tower Manufacturing Cooperative Company; it relocated to its current site by the end of 2003; in 2009, it was renamed Anhui Hongyuan Steel Tower Co., Ltd.; in 2012, it was transferred to Shandong Electric Group Co., Ltd.; and in 2021, it was transferred to China Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd. The company has passed certifications for quality, environmental, energy, occupational health and safety, intellectual property, and social responsibility management systems. It holds qualifications for producing iron towers for the highest domestic voltage grades, first-class steel structure manufacturing enterprise qualification, and second-class qualifications for general contracting of power engineering construction and professional contracting of steel structure engineering. Located at No.405 Gengyun Road, Feixi County Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company covers an area of 185.38 mu, with a registered capital of 436 million RMB, fully funded by Hsino Tower Group Co., Ltd. Its main business includes the research, development, production, and sales of various power transmission and transformation engineering towers, substation structural supports, photovoltaic brackets, and hot-dip galvanized products, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons and a hot-dip galvanizing capacity of 200,000 tons.
