PUSH Ningjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded in 1965 and relocated inland from Nanjing to Dujiangyan. The Company currently has a registered capital of 150 million yuan, with an equity structure of 100% held by Sichuan Yibin Push Group Co., Ltd.

The Company has deep roots in the metal-cutting machine tool industry. It is a national-level specialized, high-end and innovation-driven "little giant" enterprise under Wuliangye Group, a national high-tech enterprise, a supervisor unit of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association, a chairman unit of the Small Machine Tool Branch, and a director unit of the National "High-End CNC Machine Tool Alliance." It is also the chain leader enterprise for the "precision machine tools" signature product of Sichuan Province's manufacturing industry. The Company's "Ningjiang" brand precision CNC machine tools are Sichuan Provincial Famous Brand Products, and the "Ningjiang" trademark is a China Well-known Trademark.

The Company has established a postdoctoral workstation, a Sichuan Provincial Expert Workstation, a Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a Sichuan Provincial High-Grade CNC Machine Tool Laboratory, and a Sichuan Provincial High-End CNC Machine Tool Intelligent Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center. Its main products cover three major segments: general-purpose machine tools (including machining centers, gear machine tools, and precision lathes), special-purpose equipment, and intelligent production lines. These products are widely used in national major demand fields such as "three aviation and two machines," as well as in livelihood fields including automobiles, rail transit, home appliances, and robots. In the domestic segmented markets, the Company's precision horizontal machining centers and FMS flexible manufacturing systems rank among the top three in market share in key national defense application fields; its medium and small module CNC gear hobbing machines have held a market share of over 60% for nearly ten years, ranking first in China.

The Company has undertaken 61 national major science and technology special projects (topics), obtained 78 authorized patents, and its products have repeatedly won national, ministerial, and provincial/municipal science and technology progress awards, excellent new product awards, and other honors, and have been included in the National Key New Product Promotion Plan.
