Horizontal machining centers with worktable specifications of 500–1250mm adopt a T-type integral bed, providing the high rigidity required for heavy-duty cutting. The T-type bed can evenly distribute cutting forces and suppress structural deformation under heavy cutting loads. This structure can effectively control temperature rise and vibration, ensuring stable precision during long-term continuous machining of the machine tool.
After one-time clamping of the workpiece, without re-tooling and positioning, multiple processes such as drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, milling, as well as rough to finish machining of contours can be completed. The equipment is suitable for machining box-type components and is widely used in shipbuilding, automotive industry, hydraulic equipment, wind power equipment, machine tool beds, mold bases, and rail transit components.
