Cradle-Type Rotary Worktable Five-Axis Machining Center
The cradle-type five-axis machining center adopts a T-type integral bed to support a tiltable rotary worktable, with worktable specifications covering 630~1200mm.
The A-axis and B-axis can be driven by a worm gear mechanism, which can provide large torque output for low-speed heavy-duty cutting. If higher axis movement speed or higher precision is required, the A and B axes can be optionally equipped with a torque motor drive scheme.
Adopting a torque motor has the advantages of rapid response, elimination of backlash, and avoidance of mechanical transmission wear, ensuring that the equipment continuously and stably maintains machining accuracy under high-speed and high-precision machining conditions.
