Fork-Type Milling Head Five-Axis Machining Center
The fork-type milling head five-axis machining center adopts a T-type structure layout: the column moves along the X-axis, the spindle head vertically lifts along the Y-axis, and the worktable feeds along the Z-axis. If the workpiece needs to be clamped upright, a vertical worktable configuration can be selected.
The fork-type milling head can achieve continuous rotation, and the workpiece can complete inclined surface and multi-face feature machining after one-time clamping. For rotary positioning, a high-precision worm gear worktable can be optionally equipped; for faster dynamic response, a torque motor direct-drive worktable can be selected; if milling and turning machining need to be achieved simultaneously in one clamping, a direct-drive mill-turn composite worktable can be selected.
