45° Swing Head Five-Axis Machining Center
This 45° swing head five-axis machining center adopts a T-type layout: the column moves along the X-axis, the spindle ram vertically lifts along the Y-axis, and the worktable feeds along the Z-axis. The worktable specifications cover 800~1600mm; if the workpiece needs to be clamped upright, a vertical worktable configuration can be selected.
The spindle head can achieve 45° swing, and the workpiece can complete vertical and horizontal orientation machining after one-time clamping. Equipped with a high-precision worm gear rotary worktable, continuous rotary motion can be achieved; if higher dynamic response performance and elimination of mechanical backlash are required, a torque motor direct-drive rotary worktable can be optionally equipped. For conditions requiring composite milling and turning machining, a torque motor direct-drive mill-turn composite worktable can also be selected.
