Description

Project Objective: Enhance flood control capacity of the river basin system, mitigate local flooding caused by storm runoff, reduce sediment movement intensity and riverbed siltation rate through runoff regulation, control spring flood risks, improve stability of downstream hydrological conditions, intercept upstream sediment inflow, improve water quality, reduce pollutant load from the catchment area, achieve in-situ pollutant stabilization through sediment fixation, meet the requirements for Good Ecological Potential under the Water Framework Directive, and possess long-term water supply capacity for agricultural irrigation.

Project Scale: Construction of 1 new valley dam with a length of 320 meters. The water surface area of the reservoir and the scope of the pre-sedimentation zone will be defined during the construction drawing phase.

Dam Body Works: 320 linear meters of earth-rock dam filling, including zoned dam body filling, compaction, drainage prism, and filter layers.

Dam Crest Structure: Continuous reinforced concrete capping beam across the entire dam crest.

Spillways: 2 units, including control gates, stilling basins, discharge chutes, and downstream transition sections.

Water Release Facilities: Culvert-type water release facilities, including inlet control wells and outlet energy dissipation.

Tidal Channel: Construction of 1 new connecting channel for ecological flow release and water level regulation.

Reservoir Area Improvement: Humus soil stripping and centralized stockpiling, reservoir basin excavation and spoil disposal, bank slope trimming and ecological revetment, reservoir bottom leveling and landscape restoration.

Pre-sedimentation Zone: 1 unit for preliminary sedimentation and sediment interception of incoming water, including water distribution facilities and sediment discharge facilities.

Signage System: Safety signs, warning signs, and guidance signs for the reservoir management area and surrounding areas.

Construction Drawing Design: Preparation of detailed construction drawings and technical specifications based on permit conditions.

Permit Documentation Preparation: Assistance in completing application materials for construction permits, water conservancy project permits, etc.

Site Preparation: Layout of temporary construction facilities, construction access roads, water and electricity connections, communication facilities.

Land Planning Coordination: Planning coordination within the scope of temporary construction land and permanent land acquisition.

Implementation Plan Preparation: Including construction organization design, schedule plan, and resource allocation plan.

Operation Permit Documentation Preparation: As-built drawings, equipment commissioning reports, operation and maintenance manuals.

Recycling Plan: Classification and recycling of construction waste, reuse plan for demolition materials.

Contractor's Obligations: Review and implement the DNSH principle. The entire construction process must comply with relevant EU and Hungarian directives on environmental, climate, and water resource protection. Submission of sustainability performance proof documents is required.
