Lot 1 (LOT-0001): Maintenance and Service of Impoundment Structures in the Jurisdiction of Brzeziny, Łódź, and Skierniewice Water Supervisory Offices

This lot's service scope covers impoundment structures within the jurisdiction of three water supervisory offices in central Poland, specifically including all hydraulic structures under the administration of the Brzeziny Water Supervisory Office (Nadzór Wodny w Brzezinach), Łódź Water Supervisory Office (Nadzór Wodny w Łodzi), and Skierniewice Water Supervisory Office (Nadzór Wodny w Skierniewicach). The service targets mainly include various impoundment structures, such as weirs, control gates, spillway gates, overflow weirs, locks, and related ancillary facilities.

Main Service Content:

Daily Operation Management: Perform water level regulation operations as required by the purchaser to ensure river and reservoir water levels are controlled within specified ranges.

Regular Inspection and Checking: Conduct periodic inspections of building structures, electromechanical equipment, and metal structures, recording operational status and anomalies.

Maintenance and Upkeep Operations: Including vegetation clearance on building slopes, revetments, and wing walls (mechanical or manual mowing, clearing shrubs); dredging and cleaning of drainage facilities; lubrication, tightening, and simple repairs of equipment such as gate hoists and trash racks.

Emergency Duty During Flood Season: During flood seasons or extreme weather conditions, increase inspection frequency as required by the purchaser and prepare for emergency response.
