Detailed introduction: The 6-24 series centrifugal fan is generally used for transporting gas containing granular or powdered materials and can be widely used to transport air and non-corrosive, non-combustible, and non-viscous gases. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50℃ (maximum 80℃), and the dust and hard particles in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m³.

②The materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different medium temperatures and operating speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel, ensuring that the impeller and main shaft maintain reliable strength even at high temperatures.
③For dusty gases, we can meet various operating conditions, from low to high dust content. The blade surface, after special treatment, achieves a hardness of HRC60-70, extending the impeller's service life by more than three times.
④The mating surfaces between components are tightly matched, ensuring good sealing performance and preventing output pressure from decreasing.
⑤The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to fully eliminate internal stresses caused by welding, ensuring that the impeller does not deform or crack.
⑥The welding seams of the impeller and the main shaft are subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure there are no welding defects or material flaws, guaranteeing strength.
⑦The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing to ensure stable operation of the fan.
⑧After production, the fan undergoes test assembly to ensure that there is no interference between components.
