Detailed introduction: The 6-30 series fans can meet the performance requirements of large airflow and high pressure while offering high efficiency and low noise. This product series has a wide performance range. The medium-pressure fans of the 6-30 series can transport clean gases, dusty gases, combustible gases, corrosive gases, powders or particulate materials, and fibrous materials, both at normal or high temperatures. They are widely used in industrial fields, with typical applications including forced ventilation, forced cooling and heat dissipation, material drying, air purification equipment, industrial dust collection systems, air filtration systems, flue gas desulfurization, flue gas denitrification, boiler systems, kiln systems, incineration furnace systems, primary and secondary air in industrial boilers, ventilation in various large grinding systems (e.g., cement mills, coal mills), industrial waste heat recovery devices, mineral powder sintering (sintering machines), coke production (coking furnaces), pressure or vacuum sealing of industrial equipment, industrial waste gas recovery, etc. This is the most widely used fan series in the industrial sector.

Product features:

①Capable of providing high outlet pressure and more gas flow with lower noise, while maintaining stable operation at higher medium temperatures.

②Flexible adjustment of pressure and flow using a damper during operation. Optionally, a variable frequency motor can be selected to adjust pressure and flow by changing speed.

③Bearing cooling method can be chosen based on gas temperature and working environment, such as low-cost water cooling or better heat dissipation oil cooling. For extremely high-temperature operating conditions, an electronic cooler can be added to protect the fan system’s reliable operation.

④Materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different working conditions, such as high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-strength high-temperature alloy steel, ensuring reliable strength even at high temperatures.

⑤For dusty gases, the fan can handle varying dust content, with blades treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC60–70, extending the impeller's service life by more than three times.

⑥Bearing housings are equipped with installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, facilitating the installation of monitoring devices for fan operation.

⑦The impeller's welds and main shaft undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure there are no welding defects or material flaws, guaranteeing strength.

⑧After production, the fan undergoes operation tests and vibration value checks to ensure reliable performance.

⑨Various optional accessories are available.
