Product Introduction:
The 6-40 series centrifugal induced draft fan is a low-vibration, low-noise fan developed by our company, suitable for power plants, steel plants, and cement plants. It is mainly used in environments with higher requirements for surrounding conditions.

Product Features:

①Custom-designed based on customer performance requirements, optimized using CFD technology, and energy consumption is lower than similar models.

②The blade installation angle is optimized for better wear resistance, extending service life.

③The fan pressure and flow can be flexibly adjusted during operation using the damper. An optional variable frequency motor can also be used to adjust the fan pressure and flow by changing the speed.

④The fan is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install a fan operation monitoring system.

⑤Made from high-quality carbon steel, with the option to use stainless steel or other metals as per customer requirements.

⑥The welds of the impeller and main shaft are subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure no welding or material defects, ensuring strength.

⑦The bearing cooling method is selected based on the gas temperature and operating environment, using a mature and cost-effective water-cooling method or oil-cooling method with better heat dissipation. For extremely high-temperature working conditions, an electronic cooler can be added to ensure the reliable operation of the fan system.
