Product Description: Mainly used for supporting boilers, it can also be used for general ventilation and air exchange. The GY5-50 boiler induced draft fan can be matched with industrial boilers, suitable for boilers with an evaporation capacity of 0.5-10T/H. It is a new series of low-noise fans with an efficiency higher than 80%. It can also be selected when the intake conditions are similar. This fan has advantages such as lower noise, stable and reliable performance, compact size, lightweight, and ease of installation, meeting the low-noise requirements of the boiler industry and environmental protection departments.
Product Features:
①Capable of delivering higher exhaust pressure and more airflow while maintaining low noise. It can operate stably at higher medium temperatures.
②Equipped with an adjustable damper for flexible regulation of fan pressure and airflow during operation. It is also available with an optional variable frequency motor to adjust pressure and airflow by changing the speed.
③Bearing cooling method: Depending on the gas temperature and operating conditions, a low-cost water cooling method or an oil cooling method with better heat dissipation can be chosen. For extremely high-temperature conditions, an electronic cooler can be added to ensure reliable operation of the fan system.
④The materials for the impeller and shaft are selected based on different operating temperatures and speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel to ensure the impeller and shaft maintain reliable strength even at high temperatures.
⑤The bearing housing is equipped with installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install fan monitoring devices.
⑥The impeller welds and shaft are tested by ultrasonic inspection to ensure there are no welding or material defects, guaranteeing strength.
⑦After production, the fan undergoes operation testing and vibration value detection to ensure reliable performance.
