Detailed introduction: The centrifugal induced draft fan features low noise, a simple structure, and flexible adjustment of air volume and direction. It is suitable for industrial boilers burning various types of coal and equipped with smoke removal and dust collection devices. The fan is capable of transporting gases with a temperature below 250℃. The fan offers two types of transmission: C and D. If shock absorbers are used, the fan can be directly placed on a cement floor without the need for anchor bolts, making installation and commissioning easier. It is widely used for mine ventilation and general ventilation, showing its advantages. The 5-54 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is highly praised by a large number of users for its low operating costs, excellent performance, and stable and reliable quality.

Product features:

①Capable of providing high outlet pressure while delivering a greater air flow with lower noise. It operates stably at higher medium temperatures.

②The fan pressure and flow can be flexibly adjusted during operation using the regulating door. A variable frequency motor can also be selected to adjust the fan's pressure and flow by changing the speed.

③For bearing cooling, depending on the gas temperature and operating environment, a cost-effective water cooling method or oil cooling method with better heat dissipation performance can be selected. For extremely high temperature operating conditions, an electronic cooler can be added to ensure the reliable operation of the fan system.

④The materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different working temperatures and speeds. High-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel are used to ensure the impeller and main shaft maintain reliable strength even under high temperatures.

⑤For dusty gases, we can meet various operating conditions ranging from low dust content to high dust content. The blade surface, after special treatment, can achieve a hardness of HRC60-70, extending the impeller’s service life by more than three times.

⑥The bearing box is pre-equipped with installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install the fan monitoring system.

⑦The welding seams of the impeller and the main shaft are subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure there are no welding defects or material flaws, ensuring strength.

⑧After production, the fan undergoes operational testing and vibration value detection to ensure reliable operation.
