The 5-48 series centrifugal induced draft fan is primarily designed to meet the exhaust and dust removal requirements of electric arc furnace fume purification equipment, improving the working environment in workshops and ensuring that the dust concentration in the electric furnace operating area meets the "Industrial Enterprise Hygiene Standards." It can also be used in various other applications with similar functional requirements. The 5-48 centrifugal fan is an enhanced version of the 5-47 medium-pressure centrifugal fan, offering a larger output flow than the 5-47 model. It is used to transport various common gases and hard materials in industrial fields, with applications similar to the 5-47, including circulating fluidized bed systems, fume exhaust, material drying, industrial dust collectors/filtration systems, flue gas desulfurization, flue gas denitrification, industrial boiler induced draft, cement production lines, industrial waste heat recovery systems, mineral powder sintering (sintering machines), coke production (coking furnaces), and more. It is especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, abrasion, and corrosion.

①Capable of outputting higher discharge pressure while providing greater gas flow, with low noise. Stable operation at higher medium temperatures.
②Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters, ensuring operation at the highest efficiency point to reduce energy waste.
③Provides motor sliding rails for easy belt tensioning, reducing energy loss due to belt slack.
④The bearing box has reserved positions for temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install fan operation monitoring devices.
⑤Uses liquid lubricating oil, and oil replacement and replenishment do not require opening the bearing box. The bearing box has a viewing window to easily monitor the quality and quantity of the lubricating oil.
⑥The bearing box uses a labyrinth-type mechanical seal with a unique anti-oil leakage design inside. The top is equipped with a vent hole, and the seams are coated with sealing grease, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage.
⑦The impeller is annealed to fully eliminate the internal stress generated during welding, ensuring the impeller does not undergo shape creepage or crack.
⑧The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing correction to ensure stable fan operation.
⑨All units undergo operational testing and vibration value checks after production, ensuring reliable operation.
