The 5-47 series centrifugal induced draft fan is specifically designed for industrial boilers (1-20 t/h) equipped with smoke removal and dust collection systems, catering to various coal qualities. It is a newly developed fan with a full pressure efficiency of 90.5%, commonly used in boiler industries. The fan’s volume and pressure differ greatly for different types of boilers, and to meet these varying needs, practical considerations have been made. Except for the fan used for a 20-ton boiler, which requires a higher power D-type coupling for direct transmission, other fans use C-type V-belt transmission. This allows for the use of a single fan size at different speeds to meet the requirements of various dust collectors for the same boiler capacity, reducing the number of fan series and sizes. The fan is used to transport various common gases and hard materials in industrial production, making it suitable for harsh conditions such as high temperature, abrasion, and corrosion.

①Capable of outputting higher discharge pressure while providing greater gas flow, with low noise. Stable operation at higher medium temperatures.
②Can use adjustable dampers to flexibly regulate the fan’s pressure and flow during operation. Also, variable frequency motors can be selected to adjust the fan’s pressure and flow by changing speed.
③Bearing cooling method is chosen based on gas temperature and usage environment, with low-cost water cooling or better heat dissipation oil cooling. For extremely high-temperature conditions, electronic coolers can be added to protect the fan system's reliable operation.
④Materials for impellers and shafts are selected based on different operating temperatures and speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-strength alloy steel, ensuring reliable strength even at high temperatures.
⑤For dust-laden gases, the fan can handle various working conditions, from low to high dust content. The surface hardness of the blades, after special treatment, can reach HRC60-70, extending the impeller’s lifespan by more than three times.
⑥The bearing box has reserved positions for temperature and vibration sensors, making it easy to install fan operation monitoring devices.
⑦The impeller welds and shafts undergo ultrasonic testing to ensure no welding or material defects, ensuring strength.
⑧All units undergo operational testing and vibration value checks after production, ensuring reliable operation.
