Our company produces a complete range of converter transformers, with voltage levels ranging from 6kV to 220kV and capacities from 630kVA to 200,000kVA. The maximum number of units in a single series is 8, and the pulse number can reach 96 pulses. The products are widely used in fields such as green hydrogen, graphite electrodes, electrolysis, electroplating, rolling steel, electric traction, DC transmission, excitation, charging, dust removal, and de-icing.
The converter transformers designed and produced by our company have excellent electrical performance. Quantitative design can be achieved in aspects such as electromagnetic field, oil tank strength, temperature rise, and seismic calculation. They have strong short-circuit resistance, strong overload capacity, and low temperature rise, providing users with the most reasonable and economical solutions.
- Structurally, there is a single-core structure, which includes two or more groups of valve-side output methods; a three-core structure (i.e., one regulating transformer, two main transformers, a balancing reactor and a saturable reactor), mainly used in double reverse star rectifier circuits with a balancing reactor and three-phase five-column double reverse star connections.
- The regulating transformer mostly adopts an autotransformer on-load voltage regulation structure, with many voltage regulation levels and a wide range.
- The valve-side output uses an epoxy-cast conductive busbar arranged in a single row or a three-row by four-column structure.
- The cooling methods include natural oil circulation air cooling, forced oil circulation air cooling, and forced oil circulation water cooling.
