Disc Film Application

The membrane material is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) with a pore size of 0.001~0.02µm.

The primary function of the filter membrane is to remove various suspended solids (≥2µm), colloids (≥0.1µm), bacteria (≥0.2µm), and other substances from raw water, offering high filtration precision, superior and stable effluent quality, and strong resistance to shock loads.

The membrane surface is treated to be hydrophilic, preventing membrane pore clogging and minimizing the accumulation of contaminants on the membrane surface.

The filtration device of the membrane module consists of multiple filter membrane discs. If damage occurs, only the damaged individual disc needs to be replaced, making it easy to operate, resource-efficient, and cost-effective for replacement. The entire membrane module has an open structure, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The membrane adhesive is a single-component moisture-curing hot melt adhesive (PUR), characterized by high initial strength, stable viscosity when heated, high strength, good water resistance, and excellent weather resistance.
