Product Introduction

The mine intrinsically safe 10 Gigabit/Gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network is constructed using the KJJ177 intrinsically safe switch independently developed by Mas. Its intrinsically safe design allows the equipment to be operated for connection or maintenance without powering down. The switch is equipped with dual-core intrinsically safe switch boards (including 10 Gigabit and Gigabit switch boards), which can be flexibly configured to form a 10 Gigabit or Gigabit intrinsically safe industrial Ethernet ring network, supporting up to 4 10-Gigabit optical ports and 10 Gigabit optical ports. While complying with Article 489 of the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations”, which prohibits the sharing of the same fiber core between safety monitoring systems and image surveillance systems, it effectively reduces the construction costs of the mine's informatization backbone network. Additionally, the KJJ177 intrinsically safe switch is paired with a power supply box that provides a backup power supply lasting no less than 4 hours and features remote charge-discharge management functionality, greatly facilitating daily maintenance work.
