Product Introduction

System Overview

The KT160(A) mine wireless communication system is a next-generation wireless communication system developed with 4G, WiFi6, and UWB as core technologies. It integrates wireless communication, wired dispatching, precise personnel and vehicle positioning, image surveillance, and broadcasting functions into a unified platform for management, display, and dispatching. The system meets customers' comprehensive needs for integrated dispatching communication and high-speed networks. It features high integration, comprehensive dispatching functions, large system capacity, ease of use, and strong compatibility.

System Architecture

The KT160(A) mine wireless communication system is primarily composed of the following components: 4G core network (EPC, IMS), integrated dispatching server, relay gateway, dispatcher, recording server, AC controller, surface switch, underground switch, mine intrinsically safe wireless base station, mine intrinsically safe card reader substation, mine intrinsically safe mobile phone, mine intrinsically safe speaker, power supply box, and surface wireless communication base station. The system can connect with operator networks and programmed dispatching systems through the surface core network, enabling interoperability among the coal mine's wired dispatching system, wireless communication system, emergency broadcasting system, and operator networks. Additionally, the base station integrates multiple communication methods, including 4G, WiFi6, UWB, optical ports, and Ethernet ports, enabling access to data from systems such as wireless communication, personnel positioning, vehicle positioning, and emergency broadcasting. This reduces the costs associated with redundant construction of communication equipment across different systems in coal mine enterprises.
