Product Introduction

System Overview

The integrated dispatching communication system enables unified access, unified transmission, and unified management of 5G wireless communication, 4G wireless communication, WiFi6 wireless communication, UWB precise positioning, emergency broadcasting, video surveillance, and wired dispatching systems. The system adopts a modular design to meet the data and dispatching management needs of mine wireless communication, personnel positioning, vehicle positioning, video surveillance, and emergency broadcasting systems, reducing the costs associated with redundant construction of communication equipment across different systems in coal mine enterprises. It features high integration, comprehensive dispatching functions, large system capacity, ease of use, and strong compatibility.

System Architecture

The integrated dispatching communication system is primarily composed of the following components: integrated dispatching server, wireless communication system, wired dispatching system, relay gateway, recording server, time synchronization server, AC controller, surface core switch, surface wireless communication base station, underground switch, mine intrinsically safe wireless base station, mine intrinsically safe card reader substation, mine intrinsically safe mobile phone, mine intrinsically safe speaker, and power supply box. The system can connect with operator networks and programmed dispatching systems through the surface core network, enabling interoperability among the coal mine's wired dispatching system, wireless communication system, emergency broadcasting system, and operator networks. The system integrates multiple data interfaces, supports multi-protocol compatibility, and ensures interoperability among different devices. It incorporates voice dispatching, video surveillance, and GIS mapping, providing a data foundation for advanced applications such as big data analysis and digital twins in coal mines.
