System Overview

The KJ619 coal mine gas extraction monitoring system is a comprehensive monitoring solution designed specifically for the coal mine gas extraction process, aimed at improving extraction efficiency, ensuring safety, and promoting intelligent management. The system integrates multiple functions, including pipeline network metering monitoring and pump station automatic control, and seamlessly connects with the intelligent gas extraction monitoring platform to enable data sharing and remote control. The pipeline network metering monitoring function includes real-time monitoring, data analysis, and anomaly alarms; the pump station automatic control function covers automatic regulation, remote control, and fault diagnosis; additionally, the system supports data sharing, remote monitoring, and intelligent analysis with the intelligent gas extraction monitoring platform.

System Architecture

The KJ619 coal mine gas extraction monitoring system offers flexible networking options, supporting cable networking, fiber optic networking, and industrial Ethernet ring networking. The system consists of a host, transmission interface, network switch, substations, sensors (including methane sensors, flow sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, equipment start-stop sensors, etc.), power-off controllers, power supply, cables, junction boxes, lightning arresters, and other necessary equipment.

The system is primarily composed of the following three components:

(1) Pipeline Network Metering Monitoring: Responsible for gas utilization monitoring, main and branch pipeline metering, borehole monitoring, and gas extraction data statistics.

(2) Pump Station Automation Control: Manages monitoring and automated control of gas extraction pump stations, enabling features such as "one-click to pump," automatic regulation, and fault alarms.
