The GGD low voltage switchgear is a product specifically designed for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other locations. It is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50(60) Hz, rated operating voltage of 400/690 V, and rated operating current up to 4000 A, used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment. The equipment strictly complies with international and domestic standards such as IEC439 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies" and GB7251.12 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies," ensuring safety and reliability.
The main framework is constructed using C-shaped profiles, assembled with self-tapping screws and riveting techniques, meeting standards for rigidity and load-bearing capacity. The framework offers multiple size combinations, and the cabinet door is connected to the frame using galvanized hinge pins, making installation and removal convenient. Rubber padding is added at the door's folded edges to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body, enhancing the door's protection level. The cabinet provides IP30 protection for the front, back, top, and both side ends. The cabinet door undergoes acid pickling and phosphating treatment to eliminate glare and ensure strong adhesion, with all internal mounting components made of galvanized parts.
