The GCS low voltage switchgear is specifically designed for low voltage distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical industries, and high-rise buildings, integrating power, distribution, motor control, and capacitor compensation. Developed based on the requirements of the Ministry of Electric Power, design institutes, and users, the product prioritizes safety, economy, and reliability. It adopts a fully modular design to meet modern power demands such as capacity expansion, computer interfacing, centralized control, and rapid maintenance.
The cabinet structure breaks away from traditional designs, featuring rounded (R-angle) edges to prevent scratches. The top cover is removable, enabling quick on-site installation of horizontal busbars. Drawers are formed in a single process with double-folded positioning slots and rivets, ensuring 100% interchangeability while eliminating burrs and screw-related injuries. Primary connectors work directly with functional boards or metal channels, and secondary wiring is neat and aesthetically pleasing. The functional unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment are independently separated, with optional modular functional boards or metal channels for interchangeability, and dual-line entry/exit channels at the top and bottom.
The equipment complies with IEC439-1 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies," GB7251 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies," and ZBK36001 "Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear" standards, offering high protection levels, safety, and economy, making it an ideal replacement for traditional low-voltage withdrawable switchgear.
