The KYN31-24 armored removable metal-enclosed switchgear is a complete set of distribution equipment for rated voltage 24kV, three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar segmented systems. It is mainly used in power plants, medium-sized generator transmission, industrial and mining enterprise distribution, and secondary substations of power systems for receiving and delivering power, as well as starting large high-voltage motors, to achieve control, protection, and monitoring purposes.

The grounding switch adopts a quick-closing mechanism with short-circuit closing capability. The operating mechanism linkage is equipped with a mechanical interlock to prevent pushing in the circuit breaker handcart or mistakenly entering the live compartment when the grounding switch is closed. The grounding switch can also be equipped with an interlocking electromagnet for electrical interlocking with non-local cabinets

The shutter drive mechanism can be equipped with an electrical interlock device to prevent exposure of live static contacts due to misoperation when the circuit breaker handcart is in the removed position, ensuring personnel and equipment safety

Ensures free interchangeability of handcarts of the same specification, while handcarts of different specifications cannot enter the working position
