The VCF(HXGN26-12) series SF6 fully insulated fully sealed common box ring main switchgear is a new medium-voltage distribution product independently developed and designed by our company. It is used in 12kV three-phase AC systems for receiving and distributing electrical energy. The product adopts modular design, featuring compact structure, safety, reliability, long lifespan, and maintenance-free characteristics, with a perfect combination of fixed and flexible expansion types. It is suitable for secondary substations, switching stations, factories, enterprises, and large buildings.

Main Features:

All-weather Capability

The fully sealed and fully insulated design of the VCF(HXGN26-12) series ensures adaptability to the environment

Busbars and live moving parts of high-voltage switches are sealed in an SF6 gas tank welded from stainless steel plates

Bushings and switch shaft bearings use special sealing rings to ensure gas tank airtightness

High-voltage fuses are sealed in a compartment composed of silicone rubber and epoxy resin

Cables are sealed within cable accessories

Expansion busbars are sealed with shielded silicone rubber seals

Gapless electrical sealed connections enable the VCF(HXGN26-12) series to operate safely under the harshest conditions, such as basements, condensation, conductive dust, high-altitude climates

Maintenance-free

The fully sealed high-voltage section eliminates the need for cleaning, heating, etc., significantly reducing outage maintenance time

Busbar and Expandability

The VCF(HXGN26-12) series reserves future expansion, allowing unlimited extension within a 630A busbar current range; busbar expansion is located at the top of the cabinet for easy installation

Safety

Safety and reliability are key features of this product. For potential internal fault arcs, corresponding measures are in place to ensure personnel safety

Ease of Operation

The operating mechanism is integrated with the VCF(HXGN26-12) gas tank, with the operating position (1.3m) suitable for human height and enabling fast opening/closing

Except for the K unit, fuse units and circuit breaker units feature spring energy storage structures, independent of human operating speed

Electric operation can be added to any functional module
