The Intelligent Inspection Device for Track Structure Defects adopts digital high-definition imaging, structured light scanning, and 3D vision technology. It achieves precise identification of surface cracks on CRTS II slab tracks. Using high-precision structured light scanning technology, it performs sub-millimetre-level 3D deformation detection of separation gaps in the track slab mortar layer. It is also equipped with 3D cameras to stereoscopically monitor the assembly status and missing components of the rail fastening system. The device integrates artificial intelligence recognition technology and provides continuous high-definition imaging of the full cross-section of CRTS II track slabs, mortar layers, support layers/base slabs, etc. It enables automatic rapid identification and graded early warning of multiple defect types such as cracks, separation gaps, and fastening abnormalities. The system supplies accurate data support for track maintenance and repair, effectively ensuring safe operation of the line.
